That must be because she sent over the transfer limit in the lower case account.
Get the higher case account which it is equivalent to and store the MII,BIN, Acc no. of the card in Google drive or Google contacts which will later be analyzed and synchronized by your phone since it was the device the transaction was initiated with and then the account of the sender will be unfrozen.
